After the delivery, many women remain in the hospital for three to five days. More and more women however decide to go home earlier and get home-care.

A midwife and a maternity nurse can take care of you and your baby during the first weeks after childbirth they help you adapt to the new situation and assist to practical and administrative issues, such as birth registration.

In the selection menu on the right you find more information on these topics.
