Health and Nutrition

Even before pregnancy, a future mother and father can take action to ensure you are healthy. Parental health affects the future baby’s health. It is preferable to consult a doctor if you want to get pregnant.

Eating plenty of fruit and vegetables, getting enough exercise and sleep are examples of a healthy lifestyle before, during and after pregnancy. Taking certain vitamins, such as folic acid improves the health of your future baby.
